This pizza is absolutely terrible. It lacks any flavor whatsoever. I would honestly prefer eating a genuine pizza and then tasting the aftermath of it on a tile, as it would still be more enjoyable than this. It's just awful.

I visited Papa John's located at 3405 E Broadway in Pearland, Texas today and had the pleasure of meeting some amazing girls who work there. I want to give a special shout out to Mary, Baylee, and Alexia. If you're looking for exceptional service and delicious food, make sure to visit when these girls are working. Thank you, Judy.

Our medium pepperoni pizza, advertised as a full 12 inches, disappointingly only had 3 pepperonis on it. The crust lacked the desired crispiness and was rather soft. Additionally, there was a scarcity of sauce on the pizza. As for the wings, they were cooked adequately, but the application of buffalo sauce seemed haphazard and careless. I had also ordered a salad, but what I received was a miniature bowl of wilted lettuce accompanied by a mere tablespoon of carrots, cheese, and black olives. Surprisingly, this unsatisfactory salad cost me $7. Upon calling to express my dissatisfaction, I had the unfortunate encounter with the rudest woman I have ever spoken to. She offered me a meager 30% discount on my next order, as if that would make up for the subpar food and service. She even had the audacity to suggest that I either accept the discount and endure this disappointment again or find another place to eat. Ever since you took over, Shack your Pappas John's has truly deteriorated. I vow to never subject myself to such an experience again.

I called the local number to place an order for pizza that I intended to pick up myself. However, it seemed like I was speaking to someone from a different country. As I finished placing my order, I was shocked to find out that the price had increased by 25 percent compared to the initial quote. Wanting to ensure that the pizza would still be warm, I arrived at the store early. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, the pizza was not warm at all; it was cold and tasted stale. I even asked the employees if they had a phone on-site, but they informed me that all orders are processed through another country. Papa John's used to be a reliable choice, but it has now hit rock bottom. I strongly advise staying away from this place.

Great job by Jade! The veggie pizza and garlic bread were absolutely delicious, as confirmed by everyone who tried them. They even personally thanked Jade for their excellent work on that day. The food was ready right on time at 20:00 Hrs on Friday, April 26th, 2023. We truly appreciate all the support and assistance. I kindly request that both the good food and good service be acknowledged. Unfortunately, when I tried to take the survey, I was locked out. I attempted multiple times, even closing the browser, restarting, and clearing the cache and cookies, but nothing changed. Please inform the upper management at Papa John's about this issue. The image speaks volumes! This order was placed on May 24th at 315 Fern Street, West Palm Beach, FL *******. I am absolutely shocked that they had the nerve to deliver this pizza to my doorstep! I will never be ordering from them again!

I went to pick up my pizza and found myself blocked in by a Papa John's delivery truck. I politely asked the truck driver how long it would take, and he informed me that it would be about 20 minutes. Concerned about being unable to leave, I explained the situation to the cashier and expressed my belief that I shouldn't have to pay for the pizza since I would have to wait for 20 minutes before being able to leave. I requested a refund, which was granted. As I made my way to my car, the manager named Stefon followed me and requested that I return the food. Without hesitation, I gladly handed it back. It seems that fate was on my side, as I later discovered that Stefon was preparing pizzas without wearing gloves. Additionally, he had touched the cash register and resumed making pizzas without washing his hands. This is not only unsanitary but also dangerous, especially considering the global pandemic we have experienced with Covid-19. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided, especially since I have been a loyal customer of this particular Papa John's on Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, Texas for many years. As a result of their unprofessional and unsanitary practices, they have lost me as a customer.

I've previously ordered papadilas before. They were a dollar cheaper but twice as big. I definitely won't make that mistake again! Ugh.

The Papa Bowls consist of cheese, sauce, and toppings, but they do not include any pasta or other ingredients. Essentially, they are like a pizza without the bread! However, it is quite misleading when the first bowl mentioned is the chicken Alfredo bowl, as one would naturally assume that these are pasta bowls. Who would want just cheese, sauce, and toppings in a cardboard bowl? I am truly disappointed with the way they advertise this product. They should clearly explain that it does not come with pasta or any other accompanying ingredients.

To begin with, it took a whole two hours past my usual bedtime for the pizza to arrive. When we finally received our order, it was completely burnt! I ended up spending around 30 minutes in tears as I had nothing edible to consume. Moreover, it was already 9:00 PM when the pizza arrived, and to top it off, it was completely burnt. Seriously, the quality of the pizza was extremely disappointing. I should have opted for Pizza Hut instead.
